Douglas
S. Griffen:
Douglas
Griffen is the Director of Strategy and
Facilitation at the Advanced Strategy Center
and is widely regarded as one of the top
meeting facilitators in the country. He
is a pioneer in the use of electronic brainstorming
methods such as our Advanced Strategy Lab
tools, and has personally facilitated over
a thousand strategic sessions for fortune
100 clients across the country and literally
around the world. Mr. Griffen founded his
own firm DS Griffen & Associates
in 1996 after spending some 19 years in
IBM in a variety of marketing, technology
and development assignments. Articles on
his work have appeared in Inc. Magazine,
Delta SKY, Quirk's Marketing Review, the
Arizona Business Journal and the Research
Department Report. He has acknowledged expertise
in strategic planning, leadership development,
organizational development and high performance
coaching and mentoring training. Mr. Griffen
is a native Arizonan, married with four
children, and is an avid runner, tennis
player and ultramarathoner. His coaching
skills extend from the executive boardroom
to the little league fields.

Patrick
Garrett:
Pat
Garrett is the Director of Technology for
the Advanced Strategy Center and has been
directly involved in technology development
and support for his entire career. Pat has
an Associate Degree in Applied Sciences and
a Bachelors Degree from Purdue University
in Computer Technology. Pat spent nearly
ten
years in IBM as a systems programmer and
later a Systems Engineer working with large
client
environments on the implementation and support
of advanced mainframe, distributed and PC
applications. Pat is one of the most experienced
technical facilitators in the country using
the electronic brainstorming tools, having
designed a mobile laptop implementation that
is exceptionally stable and high performing.
Mr. Garrett has personally provided the technical
support for well over a thousand mobile sessions
using the laptop environment, and is also
well versed in provided internet-based technical
facilitation. Pat also continues to provide
technical production support via his own
firm
Meraquest to selected large clients such
as IBM, including technology and hosting support
in two recent Olympics. Pat has designed the
technical infrastructure for our activities
at the Advanced Strategy Center, and works
directly with our clients to ensure a stable
and trouble free operating environment. |

Roger
A. Webb:
Roger Webb is the Project Director at the Advanced Strategy
Center.
Roger has been involved in the personal
growth and corporate training arena since
1997. As a Master NLP Practitioner, and
Certified Coach, Roger has successfully
coached many people in areas of personal
growth, wellness, & business, and has
specialized in sales, management, and
customer service training for large
corporations. An Arizona native,
Roger has five incredible children.
He has also worked extensively with youth,
developing and facilitating youth leadership
programs and workshops. A passionate
hiker, outdoorsman, and rock climber, Roger
loves life and brings fresh insights and enthusiasm
to every project he's connected with. |

Carl
Lundblad: 
Carl
Lundblad is the Director of Client
Development at the
Advanced
Strategy
Center
. Carl is a seasoned executive with
strong business development, network and
strategic alliance development, training and
team building experience in the Healthcare,
Technology, and Non Profit Industries
(youth, education, and healthcare
focus). Carl has over 20 years
experience in the healthcare and technology
industries, spanning hospital and long term
care systems and foundations (strategic and
business planning), medical equipment
manufacturers, medical software firms, and
Internet driven technology solutions firms
(ranging from his own start up web based
firm which launched one of the nation's
first college search portals, to a publicly
traded solutions consulting firm, USWeb/marchFIRST).
Carl has a Bachelor's Degree from the
University of Notre Dame, and a Master's in
Health Administration from
Duke
University
. He is a member of the Arizona Technology
Council and is active with the Boys and
Girls Clubs of the
East
Valley
, recently having served on its Board of
Directors and Executive Committee.

Brad Geiger:
Brad
Geiger brings over 15 years of sales,
training and business development
leadership and experience to The
Advanced Strategy Center (ASC). Prior
to joining ASC, Brad has worked
extensively in next stage corporate
development planning and development for
IT and SAAS (Software-As-A-Service)
organizations, including working
directly with GroupSystems, a key ASC
partner. Brad was Founder and Managing
Partner of The Appreciation Group with a
focus on corporate development, full
life cycle recruiting and research for
companies looking at the next steps in
their maturity.
Brad also held key management roles at
FirstWorld/Verado Inc., a Data Center
Company and Managed Services Provider.
Brad was Senior Regional Alliance
Director responsible for the revenue
execution of Verado’s Indirect Partner
Channel. Prior to this role, Brad held
Regional Director of Sales
responsibilities for Verado in Denver,
Salt Lake City, Portland and San Diego.
As Regional Director, Brad showed an
ability to build, manage and drive sales
teams with month over month growth,
while directly generating more than $15
million a quarter in annualized revenue
to Verado. His sales teams were
instrumental in driving new Data Center
revenue to Verado, while also serving as
a test bed for new products and
services. Prior to joining Verado, Brad
worked with Intrepid Communications,
Advanced Radio Telecom and MFS
Communications.
