It's a very productive environment, with large screen LCD support and virtually any kind of AV support needed — white board, flip chart, VHS tape, CD/DVD, and LCD hookups;
• FACILITATED STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSIONS: Strategy matters, and every organization is looking for the right combination of strategy and tactics. Many of our clients utilize the Center for a focused strategic planning session for an overall organization, a specific business unit, a product launch or to develop a marketing/communications strategy. Many times we will use the electronic brainstorming for this support, and blend our high tech and high talk;
• FOCUS GROUP SUPPORT: We understand pure research and one of our professionals has spent her entire career supporting market research engagement and techniques. Our Center is designed to function as a formal focus group facility with a client observation room and one-way glass. Video and audio support are provided, and a direct data feed allows clients to view the Advanced Strategy Lab output as it occurs through monitors in the client area. These can also be traditional focus groups. Additionally, we have the ability to source and provide professional recruiting;
• PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND IDEATION SESSIONS: Let's face it, it's not easy to be creative in the corporate conference room. Many of our clients will utilize the center and our support for ideation and product development sessions to identify attributes and concepts for products and services. A focused environment is essential, and the use of electronic brainstorming support can be a tremendous catalyst;
• EMPLOYEE INPUT SESSIONS: Many organizations are looking for open and candid feedback from their employees on how the organization is doing, and what changes would be most effective. We have often used our brainstorming tools and lab to provide a comfortable and confidential manner of providing direct feedback in a simultaneous and anonymous way on critical issues.
